Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Weluxy! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item, please review the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition:
    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale (for hygiene reasons) unless defective.
  • Exceptions: Sale items or promotional products may be non-returnable. Check the product page for details.

 

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

    If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Include:
    • Order number (e.g., WE100*)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photo of the item (if requested for quality issues)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

  • We will email you a return authorization (RA) number and shipping address.
  • Prepaid Return Label:
    • For domestic orders: We may provide a free return label for faulty items.
    • For international orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Step 3: Ship the Item

  • Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
  • Retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.

3. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
  • Refund Method:
    • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days (timing may vary by payment provider).
    • Store Credit: Choose store credit for future purchases (valid for 1 year).
  • Exchanges: If exchanging for a different size/color, we will ship the new item once the return is approved.

4. Faulty/Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective item (e.g., stitching errors, stains), contact us immediately.
  • We will:
    • Send a replacement at no cost (if available).
    • Or issue a full refund + cover return shipping.
