Purpose: To protect the intellectual property (IP) of Weluxy and ensure compliance with laws. Applies to employees, contractors, and users.
Definition: Includes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, domain names, and other legally recognized IP.
Ownership:
Company IP: IP created by employees/contractors during engagement belongs to Weluxy, except as agreed in writing.
Third-Party IP: Unauthorized use of others’ IP is prohibited. Users must secure permissions for third-party content.
Protection:
Register and enforce IP rights legally.
Maintain confidentiality of trade secrets; report infringements to [Department/Email].
The Company may remove infringing content and suspend accounts.
Compliance: Adhere to IP laws in all operating jurisdictions.
